My back pain has finally eased up, which I’m really happy about. I just wish the whole experience had been more upfront, because I kind of felt misled about what to expect. Still, my back does feel way better now.

I really wanted to like this, but the fit just wasn’t right for me. It sits in a weird way and after wearing it for a bit, I started to feel kind of trapped and uncomfortable in it. Maybe it works better on other people, but for me it just wasn’t something I’d want to use every day.

I ordered from kenkoback.com the item is okay for the price. It feels decent to use, not super cheap or flimsy, but definitely not something I’d call amazing either. One thing that bothered me though is that it’s not very clear who actually owns or runs the brand/site, which makes it a little harder to feel fully confident about the purchase.

I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive. That said, support responded quickly whenever I reached out and did keep me updated once I asked. Overall, it was still a good experience, just wish the shipping info had been clearer from the start.
